You can return any unwanted items back to us within 21 DAYS of receiving your order.

If you need to return your order there are two simple methods available. You can either return it to us manually using the return form provided as a download link on your order confirmation or you can use our simple return portal.

If you choose to use our return service £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover the costs. Exchanges are shipped with no additional charge. 

Currently this service requires a printer so if you do not have one available please return your order manually following the instructions below.

You can exchange your order using our simple return portal or by filling our a return form. If your exchange is not available the warehouse will automatically refund your order. If available your exchange will be shipped to you free of charge.

Your tracking number should be on you shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find this please email the team with your order number and they will provide it for you.

If there has been a problem with your delivery please email us immediately. We must be informed of parcels not arriving or being wrongly delivery within 14 days of dispatch. Beyond this date we will not be able to raise an investigation.

If you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty please contact us and we will provide you with a free return shipping label.

You have 21 days from receipt to return your order. All returns must be sent back unused in their original undamaged condition complete with packaging and tags. Underwear can only be returned unopened and unworn.

Designer Outlet Sales is also not responsible for any parcels lost in transit so for you own security we recommend using a signed for service. Please keep a record of your tracking number in case of issues.
