Your return form will have all the details you need to return you order. You will find this as a downloadable link on both your order and shipping confirmation emails. If you cannot find either of these please email the team and they will provide one for you. please include the completed form with your return parcel.

You can exchange your order by completing the return form and asking for your replacement item(s). If your exchange is not available the warehouse will automatically refund your order. If available your exchange will be shipped to you free of charge.

Your tracking number should be on you shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find this please email the team with your order number and they will provide it for you.

If there has been a problem with your delivery please email us immediately. We must be informed of parcels not arriving or being wrongly delivery within 14 days of dispatch. Beyond this date we will not be able to raise an investigation.

If you receive the wrong item or your item is faulty please contact us and we will provide you with a free return shipping label.

You have 21 days from receipt to return your order. All returns must be sent back unused in their original undamaged condition complete with packaging and tags. Underwear can only be returned unopened and unworn.

Designer Outlet Sales is not responsible for the cost of your return shipping but if you are sending your order back for a refund will also refund your intial shipping charge.

Designer Outlet Sales is also not responsible for any parcels lost in transit so for you own security we recommend using a signed for service. Please keep a record of your tracking number in case of issues.
