Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are shipped via DPD with full tracking provided once dispatched.
Some partner brands may ship directly using Royal Mail. Tracking details will be shared separately where applicable.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We use Loop Returns to make returning items simple, fast, and fully trackable. By placing an order with Studio DOS by Designer Outlet Sales, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Unfortunately exchanges cannot be handled by our warehouse management software so if you want to change your size please return your original order for a refund and place a new order for your updated size.
1. Return Period
You have 21 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any eligible item.
To initiate a return, log in to the Loop Returns portal using your order number and post code, or follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email.If you choose to use our return service £3.95 will be deducted from your refund to partially cover the costs.Currently this service requires a printer so if you do not have one available please return your order manually following the instructions below.
Alterntively please use the manual return form found as a download link with your order confirmation.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items eligible for return must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them

With all original packaging, tags, and accessories included
Non-returnable items include:

Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked)

Intimate or hygiene products (e.g., underwear, swimwear)

Gift cards
3. Using Loop Returns

Access the Loop Returns portal via the link in your order confirmation email or our website.

Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for return.

Print the provided return shipping label (prepaid for UK returns) or follow instructions for international returns.

Package the item securely and attach the Loop label.

Drop off the package with the carrier specified by Loop.
All returns are trackable via the portal.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method via Loop Returns.

Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent incorrectly.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange:

A return shipping label and replacement item, or
-
A full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable
6.Lost or missing parcels
We must be informed or parcels not arriving with 7 days from the date of dispatch.
Beyond this date we will not be able to raise an investigation with DPD or issue a refund.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the parcel is deemed lost in transit by the relevant delivery company after their internal investigation. For DPD this is 6 working days.
7. Exchanges

8. Manual Returns
If you chose to return your parcel manually please usethe return form found as a download link with your order confirmation. If you cannot find this form please contact us and we will provide it for you.

You must include a completed return form with your parcel or the warehouse will not be able to process it. If you do not have access to a printer please return your parcel to the address above and follow the instructions given on the form.
